Our main instrumentation draws on Milton Erickson's movement. He challenged the dogmas of the „old” psychotherapy by incorporating a philosophy of ongoing change and the resources inherent in each person into the work.
This has led to the creation of solution-focused techniques that are beautiful in their simplicity, effective - even magical.

About PTP TSR Association
The Polish Society for Solution-Focused Psychological Therapy develops educational standards and brings together professionals interested in adapting the TSR philosophy to the specialist needs of professions and industries supporting human wellbeing.
We invite all those who wish to develop the TSR strand with us. We accredit training that is backed up by an appropriate quality and standard of training, carried out in particular under the supervision of methodologists.
PTP TSR objectives
The aim of the PTP TSR is to popularise selected psychological support techniques, including but not limited to evidence-based toolkits derived from the TSR philosophy, which have proven effectiveness in working on human psychological well-being.
Whom do we associate?
PTP TSR is an independent scientific association with an interdisciplinary character. Our members are social workers, teachers, educators, lawyers, mediators or sports coaches.
